Happy Halloween

We had a great Halloween this year. All the kids really "got it" and ran from house to house as quickly as they could.

Since the kids are a little too small to carve their own pumpkins we decided to let them paint their pumpkins. They had a great time.

Dad's work of art.

Finished product.

The pumpkins came from our garden. We love watching them grow and turn orange.

Isaac was a fireman.
  Claire the ladybug.
  Leila the punk- rocker.
  Don't we look good. :-)

St. George- UEA

For UEA we went to St. George for some sun. Myranda and Anna ended up coming down at the last minute to see the Little Mermaid, so we met up with them for some fun.

We did some family hiking....if you look closely you can find Anna in most of our pictures. :-)

There were a bunch of little holes in the rock, Claire didn't think it was as funny as I did when I out her in a hole to sit.

After our hike we went to the sand dunes, the kids had a great time getting dirty and digging to their hearts content.

You have to swim while you are in St. George and swim we did. We have a blast.

This was taken on the way home. We grabbed ice cream and got on the road.

Leila's 6th Birthday

Wowza....I can't believe that I have a 6 year old. For Leila's bithday we had an "American Girl Late-over". The girls were asked to bring their favorite doll or American Girl and we ate pizza, played outside and watched a movie. I think everyone had fun, except that the first movie we tried to watch was a bit to scary. Who would have thought "Spooky Buddies" would be too much for a group of 6 year olds. Barbie was a much better option for them.

The girls being silly.

ATL 2011

Brian had a work conference in Atlanta at the end os September, so of course we all had to tag along.....we had a great time seeing friends and visiting one of my favorite places on earth...the Georgia Aquarium.

Addison and Isaac. Not the best picture, but since these two are going to get married some day I thought I would post their first picture together. :-)

The parks in Atlanta are A-maz-ing....Leila loved playing with the twins.

The VanSant and Fauver clan. I LOVE having such great friends....

Miss Sassy Claire....

Leila, Cassie and Chloe in front of the aquarium.

Campa, Fauver and Butler kids in front of the aquarium.

Miss. Meric....beautiful as always....so sad that I didn't get a picture with Carol though. Carol is you have a picture of us will you send it to me?

You really can't get a picture of the kids looking at the camera while at the aquarium....they are too busy looking at the fish.

In front of the whale shark tank. So cool, I could sit in this room for hours. The kids love sitting on the floor looking at all the fish, etc.

Utah Mountains....

We spent a lot of time this summer/ fall up in the mountains. The kids love hiking around, it is beautiful and carefree (with the exception of a fire loving boy).

We were able to take my grandmother up for a picnic...

Brian's mom...

Grammy and I

It is nearly impossible to get a smile from this gal.

In the fall we went camping with some friends from the ward/ neighborhood. It was a little chilly but a lot of fun.

Isaac and Cannon

Some of the boys...I love that Leila is doing bunny ears to herself. :-)
