I found my camera, so here we go....
I L-O-V-E that Isaac is getting old enough to be entertained by Leila and I L-O-V-E that Leila is willing to play with Isaac pretty much whenever I ask.Yes, Leila pretty much wears her nightgown ALL DAY LONG. It is a little over the top, but at least she doesn't want to wear it out of the house.
Last weekend Leila and I took a trip to Atlanta. My good friend Carol had a baby and tickets were a great deal, so we decided to take a girls trip. Despite the fact that Leila was sick in Atlanta and Isaac was sick at home with Brian we still had a good time.
Cassie and Chloe were GREAT play/ being patient with Leila
Sad to say this is the only picture that I got with Carol. We were in the car at a stop light (she is looking at the light) and my face is large and in charge. Ohh well, I can't be beautiful all the time. :-)
The happy trio.
We also had a great time visiting with the Rogers. They all played great together without a fight.
We had Brian's sister and her family visit over Christmas. Since they were here for almost 3 weeks, we had to fill the time with fun activities. On day Joyce took us to the zoo. One might ask, the zoo in the winter??? The weather wasn't too cold and since it was feeding time the animals were up close and personal. We had a great time. Thanks Joyce!
Isaac was our own little teddy bear. He is a good trooper.
Mi Madre came up for Christmas. It was her first time seeing little Alyvia and of course Isaac has practically tripled in size since she last saw him.
Nana with her 5 grandbabies...
This is what our house looked like after all the present opening. Little Nathan was enjoying the quiet time.
Happy 1st Christmas Isaac. He loves to eat paper (or at least try, since I really don't let him) so he was happy as a clam.
Leila asked Santa for this Snow White doll foe Christmas. Too bad she has already forgotten about it. Ohh well, it wasn't super expensive.
One of her favorite presents her Wall-E and Eve toothbrush. I love that commercialism helps her want to brush her teeth.
Christmas Eve everyone went to Brian's parents house. We had a great dinner, read a Christmas book and sang Christmas songs.
While Liz and the kids were here they pretty much played outside all day. It was great.
Sweet boy.

Bummer!
I am really sad, I lost my camera and it had all the pictures of Isaac's first Christmas on it. I have no idea where it went, but I have turned my house, car and diaper bag looking for it. SO......I won't have much to post until I get a new camera.

December Fun
We have had a fun/ busy December.
Going to church the Sunday before Christmas. Too bad we didn't think about the fact that it would be a bad idea to take a picture in front of a window!!! Leila's dress is SUPER cute (I'll get a better picture later) and I made her jingle bells hair clips. Isaac looked so big in his fancy dress shirt. I just love those too kids!!! Ohh yeah, Brian looked pretty sexy in his suit too. :-) Leila wanted me to take a picture of her and her "little buddy" getting ready for bed. They are SO cute together. I hope that lasts.
Santa visit #2 at our church Christmas breakfast.Myranda and I went to DSW in the pursuit of brown shoes. Leila found this hat and LOVED it. She really wanted me to buy it. I look ridiculous in it.
Anna digging in a purse. They are quite the girlie girls. How do you feel about Leila's Elvis smile?
Ugly sweater party. Don't I look HOT!!! I pretty much felt like an 80's rocker. Yes, I agree Brian looks slightly gay in this picture. Still love ya babe.
ZOO Lights. Man it was C-O-L-D...but the lights were neat. We went with the Anderson's and Lewis's (is that correct grammar). Then we went back to our house for some hot choco.

Meet Santa
This is the first Christmas that Leila and Isaac (for obvious reasons) met/ sat on Santa's lap. Leila has always had a strong fear of men, so I didn't even try in years past.
This year a family in the ward hired a Santa and then invited all the neighborhood kids to come over and sit on his lap. Such a cute idea!! So off we went with minimal expectations. Much to our suprise she obliged to sit on his lap, but only after her friend Lizzie did. Boy am I glad that Lizzie isn't afraid of men!

Cute pics
Last night Tawnya, the girls and my dad came over for dinner. The girls were "dressing up" in Leila's nightgowns. Little Alyvia is only 3 weeks old.
Puppa with all his grandkiddos.
I think the girls look so cute here....
