Happy Birthday Little Man

Isaac turned 2 on June 10th. He is such a handsome little boy. A few things about Isaac at 2:
*He is in the 70% for height, 50% for weight and the 25% for head size.
*His speech is getting better, he likes to say "me" especially when asked, "Who wants to...."
*He loves to hold Claire and calls her "baby"
*He is always very concerned when someone is crying/ hurt.
*If he gets hurt all it takes it a little kiss on the injury and we are good to go.
*He LOVES Elmo, Blues Clues, Thomas the Train and Curious George. He would love Yo Gabba Gabba if we allowed it in our house.
*He plays with his train table a lot.
*He isn't really fond of the sprinklers.
*He loves hanging out with the boys. If he wants to go somewhere he will take your hand and pull you there....he does this ALL day long.

Day out with Thomas

My dad an I took Isaac to a "Day out with Thomas" it was really fun.

First "choo-choo" that we spotted.
There was a tent full of these train tables. Isaac could have played here for hours.

Should I be worried???

Isaac found Leila's sunglasses and put them on then proceeded to the piano to play a little tune. Is this how Elton John started out? Would it be terrible to be Elton John's parents, I just don't know. :-)

Claire's Blessing

We blessed Claire this past Sunday and it turned out to be a great day. We are so lucky to be surrounded by such great family and friends. Thanks to all those that came.

Easter

SO, is it okay to do an Easter post in May?!?!?!?

The Moyes came over a few days before Easter and colored Easter eggs. The kids had a great time.

The we headed up to Chaz and Tawn's for Easter dinner...and some dancing.

This is pretty much how our life is on a daily basis. Isaac is bugging/ hurting Leila constantly, Isaac is laughing and Claire is just chillin' or crying because of all the noise.

This was the last picture and Claire was not having it...you would never know though. Lindsey caught this just in time.

The new addition

Things have been going really well with Claire. She has had jaundice and had to be in and out of the bili-bed, but I think that we may be getting over that hurdle now.
The kids love her and overall she has been a great baby.

Isaac is so excited that he actually gets to touch/ hold the baby.
